As general preventive measures we have increased and modified the standard cleaning procedures. The new sanitization procedure will be implemented by an external company that will use PMC certified professional disinfectant products (Medical Surgical Presidia) respecting the appropriate contact times for virus inactivation and managing the changes and washing of the cloths used for each single room as per indication of the Ministry of Health. We also decided to equip ourselves with an ozone machine to ensure further disinfection treatment in all rooms and common areas.
In all common areas we have installed disinfectant lotion dispensers and disposable sanitizing wipes will be available.

From 4 to 8pm at Hotel al Maso. We will always welcome you with the same smile even if this time, it will be covered by the mask that we ask you to wear. The sending, on your part, of the identity documents/passports will take place a few days before your arrival via WhatsApp. We will send you a file with all the information for your stay. In the case of groups/families we ask you to proceed with the check-in activities through a single contact person for the group/family.

REDUCED RECEPTION HOURS

OUTDOOR POOL
To ensure safety, all the sunbeds will be spaced for your comfort and privacy. Also, they cannot be occupied all day long to guarantee the use of the pool to all customers. Entry into the water will be limited, but we also refer to your common sense, hoping that you will be able to wait for your turn to enjoy it. to the best.
