Residence la Vigna

MODALITA’ DI PRENOTAZIONE:
La prenotazione deve indicare l’esatto periodo di permanenza ed il numero degli occupanti dell’appartamento; essa diviene definitiva soltanto con la conferma scritta da parte della direzione.
Il pagamento dell’intero periodo prenotato si effettua con le seguenti modalità:
50% all’atto della prenotazione ed il saldo all’arrivo, prima della consegna delle chiavi.
Il pagamento può essere effettuato a mezzo vaglia postale, oppure a mezzo bonifico bancario.
L’arrivo è previsto presso l’Albergo Al Maso di Riva del Garda, dal quale si provvederà all’indicazione di come raggiungere il Residence “La Vigna”
A titolo di deposito cauzionale per eventuali guasti, rotture e/o mancanze, è dovuta, all’arrivo, la somma di euro 100,00 che sarà rimborsata dopo aver controllato l’appartamento alla partenza.

ANNULLAMENTO PRENOTAZIONE:
In caso di annullamento della prenotazioni sarà trattenuto l’intero importo della caparra. Nel caso di riduzione del periodo prenotato, per ritardato arrivo o anticipata partenza, qualunque ne sia la causa, non si concedono rimborsi.
Nel caso di ritardato arrivo l’appartamento sarà tenuto a disposizione fino alle ore 16:00 del giorno successivo a quello di prenotazione, trascorso tale orario, il cliente sarà considerato rinunciatario, salvo diversa comunicazione telefonica e/o email o fax.

ALLA PARTENZA:
L’appartamento deve essere lasciato in ordine nelle stesse condizioni in cui è stato consegnato (pena l'addebito della cauzione).
Per partenze fuori orario reception la cauzione verrà rimborsata dall’ addetta del ricevimento previo avviso.

SERVIZI COMPRESI:

• corrente elettrica, gas, acqua , parcheggio per un auto
• biancheria da letto con cambio settimanale
• piscina con vasca idromassaggio

check–in dalle ore 16:00 alle ore 20:00 check–out entro le ore 9:00

La reception è aperta dalle ore 8:30 alle ore 12:00 e dalle ore 16:00 alle ore 20:00

Animali domestici consentiti su richiesta

Ai sigg.ri ospiti non è consentito:

• aggiungere letti supplementari;
• occupare l’appartamento con un numero di persone superiore a quanto prenotato;
• ospitare parenti o amici senza la preventiva autorizzazione della direzione ed il deposito del documento di identificazione. Non è consentito in alcun caso il pernottamento;
• portare taniche di benzina o miscela all’interno degli appartamenti;
• introdurre biciclette o mountainbike all’interno dell’appartamento.

CONDITIONS OF APARTMENTS’BOOKING:
Booking must point out the exact period of stay and number of apartments’ occupants, booking becomes definitive only after a written confirmation from booking – office.
Whole booked period must be paid according to following conditions: 50% on booking and the rest on arrival, before key’s delivery.
Payment of earnest - money could be made by postal order or bank draft.
The arrival is foreseen at the hotel “al maso” in riva del garda, from where will be provided the indication how to reach the residence “La Vigna”
An amount of eur 100,00 must be paid on arrival as caution money for possible damages, breadages, and/or missing objects. Caution money will be returned on departure after apartments’ check.

CANCELLATIONS OR RENUNCIATIONS:
In case of cancellation the whole amount of the earnest – money won’t be returned.
No garanted refunds in case of reduction of booked period, for delayed arrival or advanced departure, apart from reasons.
In case of delayed arrival, the apartement will be available until 4 p.m. of day after arrival’s day. After this time, booking will be cancelled unless different telephonic and/or email or fax communication should be given.

DEPARTURE:
The apartment must be left in order in the same conditions in which it was handed over (penalty the charge of the caution money). For departure out of reception time the caution money will be refund by the receptionist upon agreement.

INCLUDED SERVICE:

• Bed-linen with weekly change
• Swimmingpool and basin with hydromassage

REGULATION:

Check–in from 16:00 o’clock to 20:00 o’clock Check–out not later than 9:00 o’clock

The reception is opened from 8:30 o’clock to 12:00 o’ clock and from 16:00 o’clock to 20:00 o’clock

Pets on request

The guests are not allowed to:

• add extra beds
• occupy the apartement with persons superior in number as regards the booking;
• to have relatives or friends as guests wthout authorization and deposit of identity documents. It isn’t allowed overnight stay of guests in any case;
• bring pets of any size or breed in the apartment;
• bring bicycles or mountainbikes into the apartement;

RESERVIERUNGSMODALITÄTEN:
Die Reservierung muss vollständig sein, mit genauen Angaben über den Zeitraum des Aufenhaltes und die Anzahl der Gäste. Die Reservierung ist nur mit der schriftlichen Bestätigung der Direktion gültig.
Die Bezahlung des gebuchten Zeitraumes sollte mit den folgenden Modalitäten geleistet werden:
50% bei Bestätigung der Buchung und die Restzahlung bei Ankunft, vor Übergabe der Schlüssel.
Die Bezahlung kann mittels Post - oder Banküberweisung erfolgen.
Die Ankunft ist beim Hotel “Al Maso” in Riva del Garda vorgesehen, von dem dafür gesorgt wird, wie das Residence “La Vigna” zu erreichen ist.
Für eventuelle Schäden Brüche und / oder Fehlbestände muss bei der Ankunft eine Kaution im Wert von eur 100,00 hinterlegt werden, welche bei der Arbreise, nach der Kontrolle des Appartments zurückerstattet wird.

STORNIERUNG DER BUCHUNG:
Im Fall einer Stornierung wird die gesamte Anzahlung einbehalten. Für Verkürzungen des gebuchten Zeitraumes, für verspätete Ankünfte oder vorzeitige Abreise, welches auch immer der Grund sei, werden keine Rückerstattungen gewährleistet.
Im Falle einer verspäteten Ankunft wird das Appartment bis um 16:00 uhr des folgenden Tages der Reservierung zur Verfügung gestellt. Nach Ablauf dieses Zeitraumes, wird der Gast als Verzichter betrachtet, es sei denn vorheriger Mitteilung mittels Telefon und/oder Email oder Fax.

BEI DER ABFAHRT:
Das Appartment muss geordnet, in dem gleichen Zustand gelassen werden, in dem es übergeben worden ist. (Strafe die Anrechnung der Kaution)
Für Abreisen ausserhalb der Uhrzeit der Rezeption, wird die Kaution von der Angestellten der Rezeption, vorheriger Übereinkunft, übergeben.

INBEGRIFFENER SERVICE:

• Elektrizität, Gas, Wasser, Parkplatz für ein Auto
• Bettwäsche mit eimal wöchentlichem Wechsel
• Swimming – Pool und Becken mit Hydromassage

Den Gästen ist nicht gestattet:

• Zusätzliche Betten in die Appartments hinzuzufügen;
• Mehr Personen als bei der Reservierung angegeben unterzubringen;
• Vervandte oder Freunde ohne der vorherigen Erlaubnis der Direktion einzuladen. Die Gäste müssen einen Ausweis in der Direktion hinterlegen. In keinem Falle ist es ihnen gestattet zu übenachten;
• Kanister mit Benzin oder Benzingemisch in den Appartments zu lagern;
• Fahrräder oder Mountainbikes in die Appartments zu bringen.
